Jenny Horn DTM,

What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?

Not to be over pedantic - to be understanding and flexible in regards to individual capabilities.

I am naturally very inclusive, however there are times when being too inclusive is detrimental to the end results. I have found at times delegating a person or committee to a particular task produces a more satisfactory result.
